We are have organised a Conference titled: “Education, Employment, Employability, Entrepreneurship and Emotional Intelligence (5E)” on 6th & 7th June 2012 at Gandhi Bhavan, Park Road, Silchar Assam.
5E Souvenir
On this occasion we have published a souvenir titled “5E” during the event and circulated copies of the souvenir to the Government officials, students, teachers, colleges, NGOs, clubs and various segment of society in the state of Assam and to key officials of other NE states.
Theme: “Education, Employment, Employability, Entrepreneurship and Emotional Intelligence (5E)”
Aim:
The aim of the conference is to create awareness level on all the aspect of 5Es and to develop an understanding of the various facets of 5Es and challenges faced by youths today.
The purpose of this conference is to have a broad understanding on the following issues:
a. What are the present education system and its challenges? What needs to be done?
b. What are the Employment scenarios in Government & Private sector?
c. What is Employability? What is the correlation of Employability to Employment? What are the challenges of
Employability? How to overcome this biggest challenge to solve Employment problem?
d. What are the challenges of Entrepreneurship in the state? How to build up a healthy Entrepreneur culture in the
state of Assam? What are the opportunities for an upcoming Entrepreneur?
e. Why Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is more important than IQ?

The student meet is designed to provide a platform for interaction between various companies, higher learning institutions, Governmental agencies in order to facilitate communication, share information and get engaged for further networking.
